Wrong Name on Your Pass? Easy Fix Available

Don't worry—this is one of the most common mistakes buyers make right after purchase (typos, auto-fill issues, or mixing up names). The good news: It's usually quick and straightforward to correct!

How to Request a Name Change

  1. Go Back to Your Original Purchase Page Return to the exact event page where you bought the ticket(s) (the same one used for checkout).
  2. Access the Help Desk
    • Look in the top right corner (or main menu) for the HELP DESK link.
    • Click it, then select "Name Change Request" (this tool lets you modify the name on your pass).
  3. What You'll Need
    • Your Pass / Ticket ID (a unique identifier for the specific pass/ticket).
      • Find it at the very bottom of your original confirmation email (scroll down fully).
      • If you can't locate the email or Pass ID isn't visible, use the "Missing / Resend QR Code" or "Email Purchase Receipt" option in the Help Desk first—it will resend your receipt with the Pass ID included.
    • The exact email address used for the purchase (the new pass will be emailed here).
    • The current (wrong) name and the correct new name (full and accurate for entry verification).

Important Notes Before Submitting

  • If the pass has already been scanned at the event entrance, name changes are no longer possible (for security reasons). Act quickly if the event is upcoming!
  • Submitting this request will permanently cancel/invalidate your original pass/QR code.
  • A brand-new pass with the updated name will be generated and emailed to you immediately (or within minutes).
  • Enable images in the email if the QR code appears blank (see our earlier guidance).

After Submission

  • You'll get a confirmation, and the new pass should arrive in your inbox shortly.
  • Double-check the updated name on the new QR code/email to confirm it's correct.

  • The email address used for purchase
  • Event name and approximate purchase date/time
  • Your full name (as entered)
  • Any details about the wrong/correct names
