Key Reminder: Refund Policies Vary by Event Most events on iPLEXsports.com / iPLEXtickets.com (especially youth sports and club volleyball tournaments) have strict no-refund policies, often stated as:

  • "Event Passes are Non-Refundable. All Sales are Final. There are no refunds on purchased tickets for this event."
  • "Once a ticket is scanned, it cannot be refunded."

These are set and enforced solely by the tournament director/event organizer—not by iPLEXsports or iPLEXtickets. We serve only as the ticketing platform and cannot approve, process, or override refunds. For the best chance at any possible refund (if allowed), contact the organizer directly (info usually on the event page) before proceeding.

If Your Event Allows Cancellations/Refunds on Unscanned Tickets The process starts with canceling your pass, which automatically submits a refund request to the organizer.

Step-by-Step Guide to Cancel

  1. Return to Your Original Event Page Go back to the exact page where you purchased the ticket(s) (this loads the correct Help Desk for your order).
  2. Access the Help Desk
    • Click the HELP DESK link in the top right corner (or main menu).
    • Select "Cancel My Ticket" (this tool cancels your pass and triggers the refund request if eligible).
  3. Prepare Your Info
    • Pass ID (essential to locate your specific ticket):
      • Find it at the very bottom of your original confirmation email (scroll down fully).
      • If missing or email not found, use "Missing / Resend QR Code" or "Email Purchase Receipt" in the Help Desk first—it resends your receipt with the Pass ID.
    • The email address used for purchase (for verification and any updates).

Critical Warnings

  • Scanned passes cannot be canceled — If your ticket has already been scanned at entry, cancellation/refund is not possible (security and policy restriction).
  • Cancellation is permanent and irreversible — Your original pass/QR code will be invalidated immediately.
  • No guarantee of refund — Even after cancellation, approval depends on the organizer's policy (often no refunds, partial only, or with fees/deductions). Processing can take days to weeks if approved.

After Submission

  • You'll get an immediate confirmation.
  • The organizer will review the refund request (we'll notify you of status if applicable).
  • Check your email (including spam) for any updates or final notices.
