Missing Email - I Did Not Get All of My Passes

Upon the completion of the purchase transaction, the website will immediately email you an order receipt.

If you seem to be missing the email, please search for "iPlexSports" and also check your spam/junk folders.

If you still do not see your email, please return to the webpage that you used to initially purchase the passes and click the HELP DESK link, which can be found in the top right corner of the page, and then click the button that says "Missing / Resend QR Code."

This screen will prompt you for the email address that you initially used to purchase the pass. You must use the email that you used to purchase the passes.
