Cancel My Ticket & Request a Refund

Some events hosted on the iPLEXsports.com / iPLEXtickets.com websites have NO-REFUND policies.

Please be aware that each event has its own refund policies, and refund decisions are made by the event coordinator, not iPLEXsports.com or iPLEXtickets.com. We are here to help as best as we are able; however, we do not make refund decisions.

If your event does permit ticket cancellations or refunds on unscanned tickets...

The first step in requesting a refund is to cancel your pass. Please return to the webpage that you used to initially purchase the passes and click the HELP DESK link, which can be found in the top right corner of the page, and then click the button that says "Cancel My Ticket."

Before you do this, make sure that you have your pass ID handy, as the system will need to search for your exact pass, and we will require your pass ID to do this. Once you have this, you will be able to proceed with canceling your pass.

Please Note:

  • If your pass has already been scanned, you will not be able to cancel your pass.
  • Once a pass has been canceled, it cannot be reversed.

You can find your pass ID on your original pass email, at the very bottom of the email. If you cannot see it there, you can request that we email you a purchase/transaction receipt, which will provide you with a printed receipt that includes the pass ID.

Can't find your pass ID? If you need us to email you a purchase receipt, please return to the webpage that you used to initially purchase the passes and click the HELP DESK link, which can be found in the top right corner of the page, and then click the button that says "Email Purchase Receipt."

One of our support staff will attempt to locate your purchase transaction and fix it for you.
