Important: Passes Cannot Be Transferred Unfortunately, tickets/passes on iPLEXsports / iPLEXtickets cannot be transferred from one event to another (this is a standard policy for security, inventory, and organizer reasons). The only option is to cancel the incorrect pass(es) and request a refund (if your event's policy allows), then repurchase the correct one(s).
Step-by-Step: What to Do Next
- Cancel the Wrong Pass(es) and Request Refund
- Return to the exact event page where you made the mistaken purchase (this ensures the correct Help Desk loads).
- Click the HELP DESK link in the top right corner (or main menu).
- Select "Cancel My Ticket" (or "Cancel My Ticket & Request a Refund").
- You'll need your Pass ID for each incorrect pass:
- It's at the very bottom of your original confirmation email (scroll down fully).
- If you can't find it or the email, use "Missing / Resend QR Code" or "Email Purchase Receipt" in the Help Desk first—it resends your receipt with Pass IDs included.
- Follow the prompts to cancel (this invalidates the old pass and submits a refund request to the tournament director/organizer).
- Review Refund Eligibility
- Refunds are not guaranteed—they depend entirely on the event's policy (many youth sports/volleyball events are "All Sales Final / No Refunds").
- Check the event page or your confirmation email for the specific refund terms.

- Purchase the Correct Passes
- Once canceled (and hopefully refunded), go to the correct event page on iPLEXsports.com / iPLEXtickets.com and buy the right ticket(s).
